Executive Functioning Support

  • GoodStart程序

    Goodstart计划为选择4的学生提供组织、学习技能和学习支持th 和5th grade students with specific needs in these areas.  It meets daily an hour before the regular 学校 day begins with the goals of explicit teaching of organizational and study skills; test preparation; pre-teaching and re-teaching material; and managing emotional reactions to academic demands.

  • After School Homework Helper

教育计划

一些学生需要在心理教育测试或神经心理测试评估中描述的教室住宿和/或修改.  If these students do not qualify for IESP services, we may develop a WDS Educational Plan, which provides for the required student accommodations. 

Social Emotional Learning (SEL)

WDS致力于提高学生的人际交往能力. Mamaroneck District Services (IESP)

Health and Wellness Program

The WDS Health and Wellness Program is provided to students in Grades 5-8.  All sessions include didactic curriculum as well as guided discussions.  T在这里 is variability in what each group learns, based on their interests, 先验知识, and developmental level, 但总的来说, 主题包括:
